behavioral health officer in Wyoming’s National Guard, speaker and trainer
for national and regional conferences on trauma, regulation and resilience
with decades of experience working with survivors from classrooms to
combat zones.

08/08/2024 The inaugural meeting was on August 8, 2024 with Jo-Ann O’Neil as the guest speaker. Jo-Ann is the current Executive Director of the Human Trafficking Task Force of Southern Colorado.

In early 2024 the District 12 leadership tried again. There were Planning meetings on February 1, February 16, March 7, April 11, May 9, June 13 and July 11, 2024.

The initial planning for a District 12 e-Club was in 2017.
