Mission

Zonta International is a leading global organization of professionals empowering women worldwide through service and advocacy.
 
Vision

Zonta International envisions a world in which women’s rights are recognized as human rights and every woman is able to achieve her full potential.
In such a world, women have access to all resources and are represented in decision making positions on an equal basis with men.
In such a world, no woman lives in fear of violence.

Zonta members work together to volunteer their time, talents and support to local and international service projects, advocacy and scholarship programs aimed at fulfilling Zonta’s mission and vision..

Structure

Zonta International is led by a board of elected Officers and Directors. The Board is supported by International Committees and Headquarters staff.  Headquarters is located in Oak Brook, Illinois.

Zonta International is divided into 31 districts and one region worldwide.  Districts are divided into Areas and each Area is comprised of clubs. Zonta has more than 30,000 members in 1,200 clubs in 63 countries and geographic areas

Members and clubs are the foundation of Zonta.
