Zonta members pay dues that cover the administrative expenses of running the Clubs, Districts and International levels of Zonta.
At the International level Zonta Foundation for Women is a nonprofit charitable organization funded solely by contributions from Zonta Clubs, members and friends. 100% of all donations go directly to support our service, advocacy and educational programs.
Every biennium the Foundation provides approximately $5 million for programs and projects that benefit thousands of women and girls around the world. Zonta Foundation for Women is recognized by the major charitable rating organizations: Charity Navigator, GuideStar, BBB Wise Giving.
Many District 12 clubs have their own foundations to take advantage of 501c(3) tax advantages for themselves and their donors.
