ZOE
Zonta Club of Douglas County, compelled to lower the deaths due to domestic violence. Without a central place to distribute educational resources, the Club created an illustration depicting a women (named Zoe), child and pet in crisis. The Zoe poster covers three principals of abuse. The club shows this poster at its meetings, fundraising events and is now in a permanent display in Castle Rock’s downtown garage of a dramatic display of “silent witnesses” to domestic violence.
