Local Service Projects included by not limited to:

  • Needy children are given coats, hats, mittens determined by Guidance Counselors in the Spearfish School District
  • Artemis House: a shelter for women and children
  • Female mentorship at the High School
  • Court Appointed Special Advocates training
  • $1000 scholarship to a female Senior High School Student
  • Teen Court
  • Youth and Family Services, early Head Start and home based Head Start
  • Help sponsor Spearfish High School Academic Activities
    • We the People
    • Knowledge Bowl
    • Spearfish High School Lookout
    • Debate
We sponsor the Festival of Trees, which is our biggest moneymaker, plus a positive addition to the Spearfish Community. It is held the week immediately after Thanksgiving with the auction on Thursday evening. We have trees, wreaths, dolls, and a boutique that has something for everyone. During the week, we sponsor a Senior Citizen tea. We also have many school tours. Come and enjoy.
