Club Newsletters: Winter 2010 Fall 2009 Zontian of the Year - The 2008-2009 Zonta Club of Laramie's Zontian of the Year award goes to Evelyn Haskell, who has been a member of Zonta since July of 1991. Evelyn exemplifies what a true Zonta is, and we are proud to have chosen her as our Zontian of the Year. Business Etiquette Dinner. In June 2009, the Zonta Club of Laramie provided leadership and planning support for a business etiquette dinner hosted by the Upward Bound program and Career Services at the University of Wyoming. Upward Bound is a program for High School students who could potentially become first generation college students. The pre-dinner workshop included training on how to prepare resumes, appropriate conversation for the job interview held in conjunction with a meal, a "hands-on" dinner where the students could test their conversation skills with the group leaders, and a fashion show where models wore appropriate business attire.
